Though we still have a lot of the things from my childhood, I'm pretty sad that my parents don't live in the same home that I grew up in. We purchased that property in the 70s and built the house with our own two hands when I was just old enough to record the stages in my childhood diary. Soooo many memories of that building time. And when we visit Texas, it's not unusual for me to find a way to drive by it and share a few memories. <br /><br />I was actually born in Virginia (Newport News). So was my little brother (Williamsburg). But my parents moved away from there when I was about 3 years old. I have not been back ever since. Can you believe that?!
