That's an average of $3 per item. Let me share with you that the clothing at our local Goodwill is marked between $2.50 and $3.00 an item. And these are brand-new and have a fairly good re-sale value! (because of the brand, I mean)

Except yesterday, I a vintage 1930's cloche style hat, a vintage 1970's STETSON youth cowboy hat, a 1940's black taffeta slip with a zipper in it (before they had stretchy fabric), a mini hand painted vase, and a vintage belt.... all for $5.75, ans they were having a sale. All of it, except the vase, goes into the Etsy shop. Eventually.

You convinced me. Went tonight...spent $30 for 2 pairs of shoes, 2 pairs of shorts for Noah...and maybe 7 - 8 items for Chloe...and you should have seen the stuff I resisted buying. It's so hard not to buy cute girl stuff!
