Well, lookee there...

I have a new article up at Blissfully Domestic! Come over and listen in to a F Family Christmas favorite and tell us all about what you're reading this Holiday season!

In other news, My carpel tunnel is doing a little better, but I'm still restricting my keyboard use. If you're just visiting from BD, hi there! Sorry you're coming by while things are a little bare around here. Things were really cracking a week ago, what with suggestions for raising your children in the Faith and the story of how J and I met. But now with the carpel tunnel thing... well, I'm just taking it easy for now. But hey! Click on the "Follow" button over there and you'll be sure to catch the next wave of Interesting! :)

I developed carpal last week because of some extra sewing I was doing....in addition to pregnancy stuff. I'm only 20 weeks now but pregnancy seems to add to my tendancy to get it. My last pregnancy I had it real bad in both wrists near the end and wore wrist braces on both hands which seemed to help. I did a lot o hunt and peck typing- one finger! and did the whole hand mouse useage on my lap...I think I used my lower arm to use the mouse to....I'd miss the computer a lot!

That's no fun. Hope it gets better soon.

I had something called De Quervain's Disease (sounds exotic, huh?), which is basically an inflammation of a tendon attached to the thumb. I had to wear a wrist brace for a while and while the brace looked cool, maneuvering things was a pain, literally and figuratively!
