I'll be MIA for a while. I just bought this and I will be doing this all weekend. Although it will likely look a little more like this. But less calm and more color. I'll let you know how it goes...
Yeah, I can't imagine writing a best-selling novel at 15, let alone having my family market and publish it. And to actually be discovered by Carl Hiaason... he is one of my favorite authors! Let me know if it is worth reading.... I saw the movie though, Eragon.
I am immersed in the other Tweenage craze, Stephenie Meyer's Twilight Series.
Oh. My. Word. You haven't read Eragon or Eldest yet??!! Poor thing. You are missing a real treat. They are great. And this is coming from someone who reveres the genre with the dedication of an acolyte. The man is brilliant. Although I heard the movie wasn't that great. I actually decided not to go see it because I heard it didn't do the books justice.
Whoa whoa, I revere the genre??? No nonono. the only thing remotely close that I read is Harry Potter, and not anything else, in the fantasy/sci-fi catagory. (Ok, except for the Stephenie Meyer series, which you should definitely read).
I think they were right about Eragon (the movie). Maybe I'll read the book to Joey in a few years.

That's a funny coincidence....I just read a bio on that author. Look him up sometime. Very interesting!
Oh yeah, I know! I read one on him when Eregon first came out. Makes me feel like a worthless hack....
