Well groovy - it's the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe! How do you do it? Applique? That is really swell. And doesn't it feel great when you get a remodel/redecorate project DONE?!
omGOSH! Love the chair rail and colors/wall paper;) Guess you figured out the pattern repeat, huh? Or did you just go buy twice as much as you needed?;) Well... it's gorgeous (love the blue/yellow combo!). Well worth the effort! And the quilt is beautiful, too! Love the idea of a storyline quilt...I might have to consider that...hmmmmm...
Beautiful!!! I love the chair rail. Did you do it around the whole room or just in that corner?? I would love to see more pictures! I have been dying to put up a chair rail in our house but I keep eliminating rooms in my house where I don't think it will work. I think I could make it happen in our dining room but it would definitely be some time from now.... I think it looks fantastic! Congrats!
I am so so impressed with the quilt!!!! That is amazing!!!! I love it!!And great job on the chair rail! Did Jeremiah put it up? And if so, did he go buy a special saw to cut the corners on the chair rail? Jonathan loved getting new equiptment to get to do that, and we've now put chair rail in two bedrooms with it, plus cut tons of other stuff.
Hah! No, J did NOT put up the chair rail! I DID IT MYSELF!!! Aren't you all sooo proud of me??? He helped me vut it, I did about half, and no special tools, just a miter box.
