Poopy-free for five, ten, fifteen... never mind.

Judah is sick, sick, sick. He hasn't eaten since Friday night and everything he drinks goes pretty much right through him. Pray if you think of him. We'll be calling the doctor if this keeps up for another day-- unless we see some serious indications of dehydration before then. He's still crying tears and peeing regularly, so we're just laying low and giving him lots of Pedialyte. If anyone has any home remedy suggestions, please, lay 'em on me.

Wow, it's EVERYbody these days! Violet & Ben & I are all sick, now. She's doing better with the oils and stuff, but didn't get a lot of sleep over the weekend with out-of-town parties and what-not, so....we're back into the "Hold me, hold me" Mode. Now Ben is all stuffy and headache-y, too. :( We will be praying for you guys.

J is throwing up now, too. We can certainly use those prayers. Apparently it's the norovirus and it's practically an epidemic in town atm.

norovirus? do you mean rotovirus?? I had that once. That was the worst I was ever sick. I still think about it, years later. Hope you guys are feeling better soon! A special sorry to Jeremiah....being sick as an adult is truly terrible. Many prayers coming your way!!

This is not a remedy, but Evie got really sick like that a few months back - to the point where she stopped drinking and I had to take her to the doc (even ended up getting a stool sample tested, boy, was that fun!). Of course the next day she was feeling better;) Took the doc telling her she had to drink to get it into her head;)
BUT...offer unusual foods/drink -- something he's not had before. Evie wouldn't eat anything. We dealt with this for like 10 days altogether! Then I gave her some cheesy Ritz bites and she suddenly was hungry. She also ate applesauce and jello. I know these are not the healthiest/most effective foods in the world, but they were SOMETHING. And anything helps to calm the stomach acids. The chicken soup thing always works, too - noodles go down easy and the liquid has it's own nutrients. Sorry, I don't have more to offer. We really just had to ride it out, too:( It was kinda ugly -- especially cleaning up the van after a bout of projectile...well, you get the picture.
